This event is organized in accordance to:

• F.E.I. Statutes 20th edition and 1999 Revision.
• F.E.I. General Regulation 20th edition and 2000 Revision.
• Veterinary Regulation 8th edition, 1998.
• F.E.I. Show Jumping Rules 20th edition 1999.
• As well as all the corrections and modifications of the Rules and Regulations published by the F.E.I.
• An arbitrage procedure is utlined according to the F.E.I. Statutes and the above mentioned General Regulations. According to these procedures, any appeal to a decision made by the F.E.I. or its officials will be resolved exclusively by the Sports Arbitration Court in Lausanne (Switzerland).

Unexpected situations will be solved as follows:

• Technical cases: by the Ground Jury and eventually by the Appeal Committe.
• Non technical cases: by the Organizing Committe.
