Amsterdam H&BC
The Amsterdam Hockey Club is the oldest hockeyclub of Europe (founded in 1892) and always one of the leading Dutch teams. In 1898 the first hockeycompetion for men took place in the Netherlands. Since then Amsterdam have won the title 19 times. They won the European Cup Winners Cup twice and in 2005 for the first time in the club history the European Champions Cup. In the 2006 national competition they finished 2 nd, after 3 very exciting championship games against Bloemendaal. Over the years Amsterdam is a strong supplier of the Dutch national squad. From the present team all players have been selected for or part of various national squads.

Cannock HC
Cannock Hockey Club is located in the west Midlands some 20km north of Birmingham and has 15 men's and women's teams. We celebrated our Centenary in 2005 by winning all available domestic titles in the 2005-2006 season. Since 1996 we have been English National League Champions on 8 occasions and are looking to claim our fifth title in a row this year. We are delighted to be playing at Club de Campo and hope to go one place better than in 2005.

Der Club an der Alster
The Club an der Alster e.V.was founded in the year 1919 by some young gentleman who liked sailing in summer and wished to play hockey during the long winter months in Hamburg.
In the year 1927 also ladies where accepted as members at the Club and a tennis-department was added to the existing hockey activities.
Hockey is played at the Club's own hockey-fields at Hamburg-Wellingsbüttel.The compound consists of five hockeyfields of which four are of natural grown grass and one of artificial grass, and one indoor hockeyfield with the capacity for about 1000 spectators.. A modern clubhouse with changing rooms etc. and a snackbar are welcoming our members and guests specially when our mayor league hockey games are played.
Our 1st .Men's Hockeyteam and our 1st Ladies Hockeyteam are playing outdoor and indoor in the 1st German Division (Bundesliga).
The ladies archieved in 2001 to become the German field Cup Winner and participated douring Eastern 2002 in Ourense/Spain at the European Cup Winners Cup.
In 2002 the ladies achieved to become the German Vice Field Champion. The first time in Club history the ladies won the European Indoor Championship in 2007.
The 1st Men's Hockeyteam are holding the title of German Field Champion 1999, 2001 and 2003. In 2000 they archieved to win the European Club Championship in Cannok and repeated their success in Antwerp 200 .
Indoors they became in 1988 and 1996 German Vice Champion´s and the first time in Club history the German Indoor Champion in 2004.

HK Dinamo Electrostal
HC Dinamo, known ten years ago as 'Avangard', was formed on January the 23rd, 1994. The club won the Russian hockey championship in 2003, 2006 and 2007. They also won the Cup of Russia in 2003, 2004 and 2006, and managed to reach the semi-finals twice, in 2003 and 2006. Seven players of this team are candidates to the national hockey team, out of the 350 players the club has, besides its 12 coaches. Ice and ground hockey is played by children from the age of six.
The club is based in Elektrostal, a city of 150.000 inhabitants located 52 km East of Moscow.

Royal Beerschot THC
Royal Beerschot Tennis and Hockey club was created in 1900 in Antwerp, Belgium and was the first hockey club created in Belgium.
R. Beerschot T&H hosted the 7th Olympic Games in 1920 in its installations in Antwerp.
Since its creation, the club won 6 titles of champions of Belgium and 5 titles of winners of the cup and is playing since 32 years in the elite division of the Belgian hockey championship.
The team that will play in this year's European Championship includes:
2 players who are making part of the Belgian national team
3 players who are making part of the Belgian under 21 team
1 player who is making part of the Belgian under 18 team
2 players who are making part of the Chilean national team
The team recently won its qualification to the playoff that reunites the six best teams of Belgium. The average age of the team is 24 1/2 years old.

SS Lazio
S.S. LAZIO HOCKEY (Società Sportiva Lazio Hockey) was founded in Rome in 1959 and it is one of the oldest hockey club in Italy.
It is part member of the S.S. Lazio (founded in 1900 as a jogging society) and is one the largest sport associations in Europe, with its 37 sections practicing different sports. They are all under the same colours "white - light blue" and work towards the same goals/value. It's motto is "concordia parvae res crescunt ".
Today, after almost 50 years of activity it is one of the leading clubs in Italy where the hockey game is not only promoted but also backed to obtain results in national competitions.
The main trophies won in Italy in past ten years, are the following:
Italy Cup in 1996, 2001, 2003 and 2006.
4 times as runner-up in the finals of the Italian cup in 1995, 1998, 2000 and 2005.
Italian Championship in 2005.
The S.S. LAZIO HOCKEY also took part in various E.H.F. Tournaments, for example European Cup Winners, Terrassa (1994), where we actually achieved 5 th position in the final ranking. In Wales (1997), in Italy hosted by our club in Rome (1998), in Switzerland (1999) and in Gibraltar (2001).
Cup Champions Chalenges, in Croatia, Zagreb (2006), and 5 th in the final ranking. To date, more than 200 athletes are members of our club, and, although none of us are professionals we are one of the leading clubs in Italy in all age groups.
We take part in 5 different championships from the very young to our main team which plays in the major league. Some of them also play in the Italian national hockey team.

WKS Grunwald Pozna_
Military Sports Club "Grunwald" Poznan is a multi-section club. In our club we do: orienteering, wrestling (free style), handball, tennis, shooting, field hockey.
Our field hockey section has always been connected WKS Poznan Military sports club, presently called "Grunwald".
Between WWI and WWII our field hockey team won the Polish Cup three times. 7 years after the Seconds World War field hockey was restored in Poznan and still exists having many successes, up to now our section has won Polish championship 15 times, and has had 9 titles of champions of Polish indoor hockey altogether.
Since the 90s WKS "Gruwald" hockey players have belonged to the European elite and represented country at European Club Winners Cup.
Our biggest successes are:
1994 > Köln the 3 rd team of Europen indoor hockey
1997 > Reding bronze medal at European Club Winners Cup 2003 > Brussels the 4 th team of Europe
2004 > Espinho the 5 th indoor team of Europe
Our players have represented Poland at many Olympic Games, World and European Cups. Our recent huge success has been earning a silver medal of Indoor World and European Cups.
At present our section consists of 92 players (19 senior players, 57 junior, and young ones aged between 13-17), who are divided info four training groups.
10 our seniors have just been preparing for Beijing 2008 Olympic Games.
Our coaching staff is well trained Maciej Matuszynski is the 1 st team's and the national team's coach.
Junior team is coached by Eugeniusz Gaczkowski (an Olympian from by Sydney) and the youngest team by Leszek Hensler (an Olympian from Moscow).
